Let x be the amount of per day consumption of each man. Let y is the reinforcement. Assuming men in reinforcement also has same amount of daily consumption
Total consumption = 2000*x*66
Provision left after 14 days = 2000*x*66 - 2000*x*14 = 2000*x*52
This would be consumed by total men including reinforcement.
Thus,
2000*x*52 = (2000+y)*x*20
2000*32 = 20y
y = 3200
Answer D.

Solution:
We can let the provisions be 66 x 2000 = 132,000 hamburgers. In other words, each person can have 1 hamburger per day. Since 14/66 = 7/33, then after 14 days (note: a fortnight is 2 weeks or 14 days), only 26/33 of the hamburgers are left. If we let the reinforcement be n men, we can create the equation:
(26/33 x 132,000) / (2000 + n) = 20
104,000 / (2000 + n) = 20
104,000 / 20 = 2000 + n
5200 = 2000 + n
3200 = n
Answer: D
