My logic is following:
30 men complete job for 1/15days.
1 man rate 1/(15*30)
18 men rate for the same job = 1*18/(15*30)
Multiply this by 2 as they work two times more per day. It gives the answer 25/2

W = R * T
Assume work = 15 (since days = 15)
(1) W = R*T: 15 = 1*15 -> Rate = 1
(2) If rate of 30 men = 1, rate of 1 man = 1/30
(3) Find the new rate: Rate * # of men * 2 = (1/30) * 2 * 18 = 18/15
(4) We said original work was 15 so T = W/R
= 15/(18/15) = 25/2 Answer choice (B)
