This is an arithmetic sequence.
The formula for an arithmetic sequence is \(a_{n}=a_{1}+(n-1)*d\), where n is the "number" of the term and d is the difference between each term.
The sum of a arithmetic sequence is \(\frac{a_{1}+a_{n}}{2}*n\)
1st term: 20$
30th term: 20$ + (29*20$) = 30*20$ = 600$
Sum of this sequence: \(\frac{20$+600$}{2}*30 = 310$ * 30 = 9,300$\)
