C+T=460
Coffee=250
Total=460-250
Tea=210
Total tea=Decaf tea+caffeine tea
Decaf tea= 2*caffeine tea
210= 1 caffeine tea +2 caffeine
210 =3caffeine tea
70= caffeine tea
140 = Decaf tea
Total Decaf = 190 (460-270)
Total Decaf -decaf tea = Decaf coffee
190 - 140 = 50.

Tea +Coffee = 460 then, Tea= 460 - 250 = 210
decaffeinated tea cups + caffeinated tea cups = Total tea cups = 210
or, 2*caffeinated tea cups + caffeinated tea cups = 210 or, caffeinated tea cups = 210/3 = 70
Now, decaffeinated cups = Total cups - caffeinated cups = 460 - 270 = 190
And, decaffeinated coffee cups = 190 - decaffeinated tea cups = 190- 140 = 50.
So, I think A.
