As the first digit is even there will be 4 possibilities (2,4,6,8), second will have 5 possibilities (3,5,7,9) and for each of the remaining digits there are 2 possibilities (1,7)
4*5*2*2*2 = 160

4th place = 1 or 7 = 2C1 =2 ways
5th place = 1 or 7 = 2C1 =2 ways
So, Total nos. of ways = 4*5*2*2*2 = 160.
So, I think C.
