Explanation:
we need probability of picking red ball = 2/3
Red balls = 10
Blue balls = 8
we need to take 3 blue balls out of the bag.
then total balls will become 15.
Probablity = 10/15 = 2/3

The question didn't mention whether red or blue balls should be removed. Say, 3 blue balls are removed, probability of red ball = 2/3. But if 3 red balls are removed, probability of red ball = 7/15 which is not equal to 2/3. Or if 2 red and 1 blue is removed, probability = 8/15 which is also not equal to 2/3!
