If the business rents exactly 3 canoes and 2 kayaks, it makes 3*45 + 2*25 = $185. So if the business actually made $370 = 2*185, it must have rented out two sets of 3 canoes and 2 kayaks, and thus rented 6 canoes and 4 kayaks, and the difference is 2.
