No. 
In most cases, Bunuel (the poster) assigns each new question a difficulty level of 600-700. 
Then, as more and more students answer the question, the site's algorithm adjusts the difficulty level accordingly to its success rate among the students who attempt question.

Agreed! When a question like this has such a high difficulty rating, it makes you second-guess your solution!

For this reason, I recommend that students choose the "hide timer statistics" option.
