There are 150 workers in total, so 75 live in Glenview. 1/6 of 150 is 30, so 30 live in Plainview. Among Glenview, 1/3 take the train to work. Then 25 people form Glenview take the train to work.
Among the 30 in Plainview, 44% take the train to work. 44% of 30 = 12 + 1.2 = 13.2 is not a whole number, so we will round here to get 13. Then adding 25 and 13 gives 38.
