Before we start solving, wouldn't it really suck to know how to get the right answer, do all the math,...and then click the wrong answer because you do diameter:diameter or radius:radius? As soon as I spot that there's a little trap at the end of the question, I flip my computer mouse over. That way, when I go to click an answer, I have a reminder to make sure I took care of the trap.
On to the solution. Let's just make up values that are easy to work with. Make circumference of P = 2pi and circumference of Q = 3pi. Diameter of P = 1 and diameter of Q = 1.5. Radius of P = 0.5.
Diameter Q : Radius P = 1.5:0.5 = 3
Answer choice B.
