It’s a relatively simple question that has only one plane geometry concept involved.

E is wrong right out of the gate since length is supposed to be 7cm more than breadth.
Glance at A. We have 13*6. That's a multiple of 13. Our new numbers need to include a multiple of 13. 22 and 3 have no multiple of 13. A is wrong.
Glance at B. We have 14*7. That's a multiple of 7. Our new numbers need to include a multiple of 7. 23 and 4 have no multiple of 7. B is wrong.
C: We will go from 15*8 to 24*5...24 is 3x 8 and 15 is 3x 5...those are equivalent areas.
Answer choice C.
