The number will be in the form of 296k + 75, where k can be any whole number.
If 75 is divided by 37, the remainder is 1.
Also, since 37*8 = 296, 296k will give the remainder 0 on division since it will be divisible by 37.
Thus the required remainder = 0 + 1 = 1
