The combination of numbers that will give multiple of 4 are: 22,44,66,24,26,43,45 and 46. Thus, total number of favourable outcomes are 3+5+5 = 13. Total number of outcomes are 5X5=25.

WITH replacement, so the total number of ways is 5*5 = 25.
How many ways can we "win?"
We need at least two 2s in our factors.
Any two even numbers will get us there. There are three ways to pick the first and three ways to pick the second. That's 3*3=9.
If we have an odd number first, we need a 4 second. There are two ways to pick the first and one way to pick the second. That's 2*1=2.
If we have an odd number second, we need a 4 first. There is one way to pick the first and two ways to pick the second. That's 1*2=2.
9+2+2 = 13
