First find Point A, which is intersection of 2x+y=9 and x-2y=-3
solve both the equation and point A is:
x=3, y=3

Let's assume point B is (a, b)

slope of AB=1.5
1.5= (3-b)/(3-a) .... (used (y2-y1)/(x2-x1))

3a-2b=3 (eq1)
also (a,b) lies on x+y=-4
a+b=-4 (eq2)

solve eq1 and 2
a= -1
b=-3

slope of (-1,-3) and (5,1)

m = (1+3)/(5+1)
= 2/3
