90x+ay=60x+60y
If 90x=ay
Multiply both sides by 2/3
90x*2/3= 2ay/3
60x=2ay/3

So, ay+ay= 2ay/3+60y
2ay-2ay/3=60y
4a/3=60
a=60*3/4=45$
