Let's assume that the numbers in the set are arranged in the ascending order.
I) At least 64 of the numbers are greater than or equal to 35

In a set of 127 numbers, 63 numbers will lie to the right of the median and 63 numbers will lie to the left of the median. The numbers that lie to the right of the median have a value greater than or equal to the median*.
Hence, at most 64 numbers can be greater than or equal to 35.
