If we extend to a semi circle and connect C to A and A' we get a right triangle ADC and we can find AC
\(AC^2=DC^2+AD^2\)
\(AC=\sqrt{7^2+24^2}=25\)
we know that \(AC=A'C=25\)
we have the right triangle ADA' and we can find the radius r
\(2r=AA'\)
\(AA'^2=AD^2+DA'^2\)
\(2r=\sqrt{24^2+32^2}\)
\(2r=40\)
\(r=20\)
Now we can find OC using the right triangle AOC
\(OC=\sqrt{AC^2-r^2}\)
\(OC=25^2-20^2\)
\(OC=15\)
\(AC^2=DC^2+AD^2\)
\(AC=\sqrt{7^2+24^2}=25\)
we know that \(AC=A'C=25\)
we have the right triangle ADA' and we can find the radius r
