There are 4 groups:
A - only tennis
B - only golf
C - both tennis and golf
D - neither
1) "30% of the conference attendees do not know how to play tennis"- meaning - 70% DO know how to play tennis.
2) "90% of the attendees who know how to play tennis also know how to play golf" - meaning - 90% of 70% are in group C = 63%
3) Only tennis group A= 70%-63%=7%
4) "18% of the attendees do not know how to play either sport" - meaning - group D=18%
5) Group B = TOTAL - Tennis - neither = 100-70-18 = 12
6) B+C play golf - meaning - 12+63 = 75
