Just square all of them, we get 9*7/3 , 49*9/7, 9*21/49, 63/9, 81/3 here the smallest number will have the greatest root as all the original numbers are negative.
by this, smallest number is 9*21/49 --> 9*3/7 all other are greater than this. So answer is C

\(-7\sqrt{\frac{9}{7}} =-\sqrt{\frac{7^2*9}{7}}=-\sqrt{63}\)
