3 * 4 = 12 (Lowest multiple of 3 between 10 and 90)
3 * 30 = 90 (Highest multiple of 3 between 10 and 90)
30 - 4 + 1 = 26 + 1 = 27 (extra 1 because 90 is inclusive)
