IMO B

I don't think any formula or any trick is required. Just some pure logic

let's say between 1-90 how many multiples of 3, simple enough 30 as 3*30=90. but question ask between 10-90.
so before 10 multiple of 3 are 3, 6, 9.

answer 30-3 =27
