Assume the number of boxes in the shipment to be 10.
According to that logic there will be 6 out of 10 boxes (60%) that will weigh n and 4 out of 10 boxes that will weigh 3n.

Total weight will become 6n + 12n = 18n.
Ratio of boxes weighing 3n = 12n/18n = 2/3.

Hence the answer should be D. 2/3
