Assuming Avg of 10 is x. Then avg of best 9 is 1.1x
Total marks \(= 10x\)
Total of Best of 9 \(= 1.1x*9 = 9.9x\)
The total marks obtained in best 9 quizzes is what % of the total marks obtained in 10 quizzes \(= \frac{9.9x}{10x} * 100 = 99%\)
