I attempted it using smart numbers. Since we have the two fractions 1/2 and 1/3, we can pick a number that is divisible by both. So i let the total # of suits in the store equal 6.
priced at $102:
1/2 * 6 = 3 suits
3 * 102 = $306
priced at $153:
1/3 * 6 = 2 suits
2 * 153 = $305
priced at $210
remaining suits = 6 - 3 - 2 = 1 suit
1 * 210 = 210
avg = (306 + 306 + 210) / 6 = $137
priced at $102:
1/2 * 6 = 3 suits
3 * 102 = $306
priced at $153:
1/3 * 6 = 2 suits
2 * 153 = $305
priced at $210
remaining suits = 6 - 3 - 2 = 1 suit
1 * 210 = 210
avg = (306 + 306 + 210) / 6 = $137

Here's how I solved it but would love to get insights on how and if this can be done faster:
Right off the bat, looking at the answer choices, I ruled out C, D and E because the proportion of $102 and $153 priced suits is higher. Hence, the mean must lie towards $102 to $153 as opposed to >$153
Let, the number of the suits be x
1/2 of x = $102
1/3 of x = $153
Remaining = 1-1/2-1/3 = 1/6
So, 1/6 of x = $210
(1/2*102+1/3*153+1/6*210)x / x
= 51 + 51 + 35
= 137
Hence, A.
