See here If x =3 and y = 1/6 :-
then we have \( y= 1/3*2\) and since x=3 we can write\( y= 1/2*x\)
this is y in terms of x.

Divided the first equation by the second:
x/y = 3/(1/6)
x/y = 18
x = 18y
Answer: E.
