Ways in which the letters A,X,B,O,C, E, F, G and H be arranged such that no vowel ever touches another vowel.

So first arrange the non-vowels.

_X _ B _ C _ F _ G _ H_
If we arrange in this format there are 6! ways.
The vowels have to be filled in the blanks to fulfill the criteria.

So out of 7 places we need to pick 3, 7C3 and there can be internal shuffling, 7P3 or 7C3*3!

So total #ways = 6! * 7P3 = 151200.

Hence IMO C.
