Let the third pending sales commission be denoted as A
Given that average of three sales is (2x+y)
Average sales = (2x+y) = Total Sales /3
Hence, Total Sales = 3*(2x+y) = 6x+3y
x+y + A = 6x+3y
A = 5x + 2y

2nd commission =y
Mean of 3 commissions= 2x+y
