Since m and n are positive integers and (m - 1) : (n - 1) = 11 : 13
i.e 13(m -1) = 11(n - 1)
13m - 13 = 11n - 11
13m - 11n = 13 - 11 = 2
here 13m - 11n = 2
Since m and n are greater than 2.
m = (11n + 2) /13
For minimum value of m, put n = 14, we get m = 12
So, minimum sum = 14 + 12 = 26
