-> Volume should decrease by 10%
[D^2 * H ] / 1.1= [D(1-1/5)]^2 * Hn
H / 1.1 = 0.64 * Hn
Hn = H / 0.704 ~ H/0.7 ~ 1.43H
Increase in H will be slightly less than 43%
