I didnt know how to solve this so I tested number. But I got it wrong because I didn't consider =0 while solving.
What I did x+5 / x+1 <0 -> x=-2,-3,-4 satisfy
What I should have considered as well was -
If |x-4| = 0 ; then x can be 4.
& x+5=0; then x=-5
