Well 56mph. E. Time*rate=distance --> 0.5*rate=28 --> rate=56

D= 28 miles Time = 30Minutes Rate = ?
Rate = distance / Time = 28/30 ( Note the ans choice are in Miles perhour and we are getting Miles / Minutes
So 28/30*60 =56 mph ( E)
