Isn't the two statemetns contradict each other and INSUFFI to answer the question?
Stmt 1 - Gives only diagonal values which is cleary insuff to answer the area of paralleogram. (which is basexhight)
Stamt2 - Tells us that AC =24 and BD=48. This is again Insuffi to answer the question.
Combining the statements will not provide any clue for high of the parallelogram. In fact stmts contradict each other.
Hence I will go with an E.

a parallelogram divides into two equal triangles
area of parallelogram=base* height
Statement 1: Insufficient
gives us only the product of diagonals we cant find the height and base of parallelogram..
statement 2:Insufficient
although two diagonals are given we cant find the Base and Height of parallelogram...
together also Insufficient no ways we can find both values
