Think the OA is wrong. Statement 2 is also sufficient.

Correct answer should be D

Statement II states that the DIFFERENCE between the poodles and the doxin is 20...

In this case, shouldnt there be 2 possibilities?
Case 1: 60 poodles 40 doxin
Case 2: 40 poodles 60 doxin

difference either way is 20....Im taking this question to mean absolute difference..

Statement II insufficient...Is that right??

Casey--then again,Im a newbie just 2 weeks in to studying...what do I know

Newbie or not, you are absolutely right baker2145. Difference means it could be d - p or p - d, hence you cannot find the exact number.
