Statement 1 gives us no information of per month charges. Hence it can 12$/month for 10 months or 20$/month for 6 months and so on.

Statement 2 gives us information of per month charges. It will be 30$ since Amanda will be charged 30 $ fewer if she ended 20 days sooner.
But this statement gives us no information of total charges.

1&2 :-
we have total fees as 120$ and per month charges as 30$

So Amanda continued for 4 months. Hence sufficient. Hence C
