The gross pay for the overtime hours is $30.
He worked for two hours overtime at 1.5 rate. Thus he worked worth 3 hours of normal pay.
3 hours of normal pay = $30 --> 1 hour of normal pay = $10

Option B. Earned $30 more than previous week. Incase he worked overtime even the previous week, we cannot determine the overtime hours and hence the normal rate.

Therfore A alone is sufficient.
