1. r+s = -p
this means, either r can be -ve and s can be +ve or the other way round or both -ve or one of them is 0 and the other one -ve ... no definite answer , therefore insufficient.

2.r*s = -q
this means ,either r is -ve or s is -ve but not both .. therefore sufficient , B
