A terminating decimal is one where the denominator contains ONLY 2s and 5s.
From S1:
Clearly INSUFFICIENT.
As we don't know the Denominator.
From S2:
B is a multiple of 7.
Hence A/B cam never be a terminating decimal.
SUFFICIENT.
B is the answer

what if a is also multiple of 7
in that case, b can b 2,3,5 etc
its not possible to decide terminating or not solely on value of b
