Solution:
All angles of a scalene triangle are unequal. So if we could prove that all the angles measure different, Triangle ABC is scalene
Statement 1 :
Angle A = 65. We know that angle B and C add up to 125, without knowing any further information about angle B and C, insufficient
Statement 2
Side AB > BC
From this we know that angle C is greater than angle B, hence the two angles cannot be same, but without knowing about angle A, it's insufficient
If we combine both statements we see that the angles aren't the same, hence triangle ABC is scalene
C is the correct answer

Triangle to be scalene requires three sides have different values or all angles have different values.
1. A =65, one angle value doesn't satisfy the above property. Insufficient.
2. AB>BC means angle C>A, insufficient
Combined,
No information about angle B nor third side of triangle. Insufficient.
Imo. E
