Answer is (C). It took me 28 seconds.

If k is an even integer, what is the remainder when k is divided by 10?
> Remainder can be 0, 2, 4, 6, 8

1) the remainder when k is divided by 5 is equal to the remainder when k ia divided by 10
> Remainder can be 0, 2, 4. Insufficient.

2) the remainder is greater than 3
> Remainder can be 4, 6, 8. Insufficient.

1) and 2) together. Remainder can only be 4. Sufficient.
