(2) d has more than 3 nonzero digits to the left of the decimal point.

S1:3 digits right to decimal means 4 digits will be on left side of decimal.
Thus d>100 for sure
S1 insufficient
S2:As d has more than 3 nonzero digits to the left of the decimal point.

d will be atleast a four digit number & d>100 always.
Hence S2 also sufficient
Thus D is the correct answer.

Question stem says that there are 7 non zero digits in d.
so there will be 4 non zero digits to the left of the decimal. So, d>0
Sufficient.
Statement 2-
this directly mentions that to the left of decimal, there are 4 non zero digits. So, d>0
Sufficient.
Statement 1-
this says that there are 3 non zero digits after the decimal.
Question stem says that there are 7 non zero digits in d.
so there will be 4 non zero digits to the left of the decimal. So, d>0
Sufficient.
Statement 2-
