(1) When y is divided by x, the remainder is 20.
So y=x*q+20=5.35yq+20, where q is the quotient.
y-5.35y*q=20
y(1-5.35q)=20
If y is anything other than 0, (1-5.35q) will become negative and then y will also become negative. So q=0
y(1-0)=20...y=20
x=5.35*y=5.35*20=107
Sufficient
(2) When x is divided by y, the remainder is 7.
Now x=yq +7
Given that x=5.35*y=5y+0.35*y
Now the remainder is the decimal that is 0.35y=7...y=20, and x=107
We could also solve in the similar way as in statement I.

I tried doing it....but got stuck:
x = my + 7
5.35y = my + 7
y(5.35 - m) = 7
What do I do now?
Do I say that m has to be 5, for y to be an integer?
