For this question; is ABCD a square!
Let’s start with 1st condition AB = BC
We are told that two adjacent sides of quadrilateral are equal.
Possibility: Square, Rhombus or parallelogram
CLEARLY INSUFFICIENT
Eliminate A and D
Let’s dig down condition 2 ABCD is rectangle
Here conclusion we can draw is all interior angles will be 90 degrees
But we are not sure that sides will be equal!
INSUFFICIENT
Eliminate B
Let’s take both conditions together;
We know that all sides are equal with all interior angles 90 degrees is only possible for a square
BOTH STATEMENTS TOGETHER ARE SUFFICIENT
Correct choice is C
