The easiest way I see to solve is using Slope of Line
slope m= y1- y2/x1-x2
m is not known
S1
m is not known
so can't find y2
--> Not Sufficient
S2
m is not known
with x1 we can't find value of 'm' as no info about y1
--> not sufficient

S1+S2
with x1 and y1
we can find value of m
and then m= y1- y2/x1-x2
Sufficient

Answer--> C
