- So, we can say \(S+V+M=27......(i)\)
- We are asked the value of \(M\)
Statement 1: Matt has twice as much money as Vinnie and one-third as much as Scott
- Accoridng to this statement \(M=2V\) and \(M=\frac{S}{3}\) which we can write as \(V=\frac{M}{2}\) and \(S=3M\)
- We can plug these twp values in equation \((i)\) and write \(3M+\frac{M}{2}+M=27\)
