While we have the total salary spent, we don't have any information on the number of workers present in QC. Hence this statement is not sufficient and we can eliminate A and D.
Statement 2
(2)In Quasinext, the total amount of money spent on salaries of men (per month) is equal to the total amount of money spent on salaries of women (per month).
The statement tells us amount spend on men equals the total amount spend on women. However, the statement doesn't provide any value or the total number of employees. The statement is not sufficient.
