Train A leaves the station at 5:00, and travels north at 50 miles per hour. If train B leaves the same station some time later, heading in the same direction as train A, at what time will train B overtake train A?

(1) Train B leaves the station at 6:00.
(2) Train A travels at 5/6 the speed of train B.

Okay, but what if Train B travels slower than Train A. Then B will never overtake A. So, we need the speed of B as well alongwith time to solve this question.

(2) Train A travels at 5/6 the speed of train B. 
Okay, but what if Train B starts when train A reaches the destination. Then B will never overtake A. So, we need the time of B as well alongwith speed to solve this question.

Hence, we can say that we can infer from the information  (C) BOTH STATEMENTS TOGETHER CAN SOLVE THE QUESTION, BUT NO STATEMENT ALONE CAN DO THAT

how can this be E, i found the exact time 11:00:01hrs 11:00:01 hrs. when Train B will cross train A.

I scratched my head for 2hrs just by looking at ur responses, I thought I am missing something

I try to solve the problem by using the matrix approach. Due to insufficient information provided by both statements, I was unable to solve the problem but if you feel that my answer is incorrect then please provide me some logical approach and correct me where am I wrong.
