Statement 1: The profit was less than $2 million on a sale of 25,000 units. Not Sufficient
Statement 2: The profit was less than $3 million on a sale of 10,000 units.
Profit for 10,000 units is < $3mn. Since increase in units sold could only lead to decrease in profits, it will surely be less than $3mn. Sufficient
Hence, Option B. Statement 2 alone sufficient
