Of the 430 travellers on an plane, 220 travellers are fluent in French language. How many of the travellers are fluent in German language?

(1) The number of travellers who are fluent in both French and German languages is twice the number of travellers who are fluent in neither French nor German language.

(2) 25 travellers are not fluent in either German or French language.

Bunuel pls explain me, what does it mean by "either German or French language" ?

"25 travelers are not fluent in either German or French language" means 25 travelers don’t know German or French, so they belong to the {Neither} category.
