Statement 2:
J = 2S-400
We know J>0, so S needs to be more than 200
But we don't know if J>S
If S = 1000, J = 1600, J > S
If S = 300, J =200, J<S
Insufficient
Combining,
S>500
If S = 501, J = 602
If S = 600, J = 800
As S increases, J increases and remains more than S
So for any value of S, J>S
