(1) Omar takes 6 hours do to the entire job.
Omar= 6 hours...we don’t know Philips rate
Insufficient

(2) Phillip works at a constant rate only stopping for one hour during which he could have done 1/5 of the job.
In 1 hr, Philip can complete 1/5 of job. So he can complete the entire job in 5 hours....But in this statement nothing is given about Omar’s rate.

(1)&(2) together
Omar= 6 hrs and Philip=5 hrs and also, he stopped working for 1 hour. So, both took 6 hrs to complete the job.
