Two men, Phillip and Omar, start at the same time working separately on similar equally sized jobs, which of the men completes the job first?
(1) Omar takes 6 hours do to the entire job.
(2) Phillip works at a constant rate only stopping for one hour during which he could have done 1/5 of the job.
